Tennessee River Place Summer Wedding | Ryn Loren

Ryn Lorn is a Tennessee based destination wedding photographer who specializes in capturing couples who are adventurous and recklessly in love.

Since I primarily shoot destination weddings local weddings are always special to me! When I asked Heather what her dream was for her summer wedding at Tennessee River Place in Chattanooga, Tennessee she said she wanted her big day to be laid back with lots of time to spend together! DREAM BRIDE right here. 🙂 And the day was just that- a beautiful, laid back, and sentimental. The girls spent their morning getting their hair and makeup done at Blowout Co Chattanooga! Then, the party arrived at Tennessee River Place. Tennessee River Place is a stunning 10,000 sq ft. Spanish mansion with 4,000 sq ft. of patio overlooking the TN River. It is located conveniently 20 minutes north of Chattanooga.

A lil about this sweet couple:

They met at work and have been together a little over 3 years!
Steven proposed to Heather around Christmas this year in the lobby of the Chattanooga Choo Choo after grabbing a beer from American Draft!
We took some of their engagement pictures in American Draft because of their proposal story!
They are both laid back, sentimental, and so fun to be around!

Fun fact about Steven from Heather:

He goes off on tangents about things he has read or watched a show about and he calls them ” fun facts of the day”. You can’t prompt him or ask him about it. It just has to come up at some point. Heather told me that Steven does this prior to our engagement session so I was waiting ALL session for him to share the fun fact of the day with me! He did eventually, but I can’t remember what it was now! #fail hahaha. Heather LOVES that Steven does this and looks forward to it everyday.

20 years from now?

I asked them what they wanted to remember about this season of their lives 20 years from now and both Heather and Steven look said they want to remember how happy and excited they were about their whole life a head of them together. As a photographer that makes my heart sing. One of the biggest reasons I am a wedding photographer is to do just that- help couples remember how happy and excited they were about all the life to come on their wedding days.
