Ocoee River Engagement Session

This wintery Ocoee River Engagement Session was so cozy!

Madi and Chapin’s wedding is this spring! YAY. I’m excited that they will have both wintery pictures and spring filled wedding portraits! While home visiting family for the holidays we ventured out to the Ocoee for their wintery Ocoee River Engagement Session! Chapin is a Certified Tech Madi is a nursing student and it was so good to finally meet them face-to-face!

First, we started their session by grabbing some hot chocolate at Ocoee Coffee Co.  Side note,  it is the CUTEST little coffee shop. None of us had been there before and we are so excited to spend more time there.

It was the perfect weather for a warm cup of peppermint hot cocoa for this wintery Ocoee River engagement session.

Madi and Chapin tried out their Peppermint Hot Chocolate and I went with my usual,  iced chai latte.  They were DELICIOUS. Ocoee Coffee Co is in an old house located near Lee University Campus . Each room has a unique style and is super cozy with plenty of comfy places to sit, work, cuddle, play games, listen to music, and sip/munch on their deliciousness. If you don’t feel like sitting inside there is a huge back porch, a Boat House, and the Green House to choose from!

After hanging out at the coffee shop for a bit we headed towards the Ocoee! It was a super overcast day, which is great for photos because of even lighting, but I think we all wished for a little sun to peek through the clouds!

Next, we drove up to an overlook with our fingers crossed for an epic sunset. The epic sunset never came, but these two didn’t need the sun because their love was epic enough. EKKK. Okay, that was CHEESY. oops. hahha. Sorry not sorry…

Lastly, we ended our session in a creek we found on the side of the road. Seriously, cuddling in the creek  was the best way to end this Wintery Ocoee Engagement Session.
