Tennessee Winter Engagement Session
NORTHSHORE | CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE
Emily and Chase’s Chattanooga winter engagement session was FREEZING. They did amazing at hiding their chattering teeth. ha! The cold weather was perfect for them though. Emily had talked about wanting a cuddly and cozy engagement session. They had to stay close or keep moving to stay warm! Also, they were the perfect couple for me to photograph first after having River 4 weeks earlier. They were naturals in front of the camera and gave me grace for my baby brain!🤪
Emily and Chase met at Chattanooga Christian School and were the best of friends. They spent a lot of time studying together, but dating other people. One night Chase was at Emily’s parents’ house and Emily’s mom casually mentioned to Chase that Emily liked him! Fast-forward- here we are now! They are getting married in May! YAY! Way to go, mom. ✨
We ended their engagement session at MeanMug Coffeehouse on Northshore. This coffee shop is part of their love story. Chase took Emily there before he proposed! He recalled being fairly distracted on that coffee date because he kept checking the time to make sure he was sticking to the proposal plans. We returned to the shop to capture a few pictures and warm up with warm drinks.
